ATHLETE TRAINING CLUB is a digital training platform for athletes of all levels who want to improve their strength, power, quickness and endurance. Through our proprietary training programs and video integration, you get the personalized feedback you need to achieve your goals. How it works:
- Sign-up: Create a profile to let our coaches know who you are and your goals.
- On-boarding: You will receive an email instructing you through an easy on-boarding session to assess your movement and ability. Each onboarding movement has a video upload feature so that our coaches can really see how you’re able to move.
- Programming: Once you’ve completed your on-boarding assessments, you’ll be part of the club. Every Sunday, you’ll receive your strength and conditioning program for the week.
- Feedback: Each day of the week you’ll have a featured movement in your program that is highlighted. Film these movements and upload the videos to your profile for our coaches to give you personalized feedback and help guide your progress. This is real coaching from our elite strength and conditioning coaches.
- Education: By joining the club you’ll also get access to our educational videos and blogs put out by our vast network of coaches and trainers.
By 2020 more than 25% of public schools will no longer have high school sports teams. We want to do our part to help save youth athletics. We’ve enlisted the help of 20+ celebrities to help raise money for schools in need through fitness challenges.
